The following birds can be seen amongst the greenery in our beautiful valley. This is quite an extensive list so please don't be put off if you don't see every bird each visit to the valley, do let us know if you happen to come across any that we may have missed from the list or can update us on the best viewing places and areas for each breed.

Commonly seen include: Kestrel Sparrow-Hawk Tawny Owl Little Owl Barn Owl Less commonly seen but becoming established in territory: Red Kite, Buzzard Some of these are not seen every day. But all, and more besides, have been seen as well as heard over the course of past months. You probably know of more.
